NO CALL/NO SHOW
Failure to notify me of a cancellation will result in a fee equal to 100% of the booked service. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
RESCHEDULING
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than 3 days' notice, a fee of 50% of the booked service will apply. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the booked service.
LATE ARRIVALS
Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in a rescheduling fee of 50% of the booked service.
CHILDREN/ADDITIONAL GUESTS
To ensure a focused and relaxing experience, please do not bring additional guests, including children, to your appointment.
BUSINESS HOURS
Appointment requests outside of standard business hours/days may be considered for an additional fee. Regular in-salon days are currently Tuesday through Friday.
CALLS/TEXTS
Unscheduled calls cannot be answered. For any questions or concerns, please send a text. Response times may vary between 1–3 business days, as I am often with clients for up to 12 hours a day. Your time is valuable to me, and I will respond as soon as possible.
